Kevin is the backbone of GastroFid. After years of experience in finance and accounting, it was restaurateurs themselves who sought him out for fiduciary support closer to their needs. That concrete request started the journey that led to GastroFid.

Born and raised in a hotel, Fabiano turned hospitality into his career path, from hotel-school training to management roles in the industry. Today he leads commercial growth and the client experience at GastroFid.

Why we created it
Across restaurants and hotels, we kept seeing the same problem: numbers arriving too late, and an industry with needs a generalist approach can't grasp.
Shifts, overtime, seasonality, on-call staff, days off and public holidays make things more complex. To really understand the numbers of a HORECA business, you need to understand what's behind them.
